Meet James Moriarty
James is a licensed realtor and founder of JM Properties, his estate management business.
Originally from Long Beach, NY, James spent several years living in Hawaii working in the field of marine biology before moving to Malibu with his wife.
This move allowed James to pivot and pursue one of his lifelong passions in real estate. Since 2016, I have successfully managed $130m in real estate.
James other passions include surfing, biking, scuba diving and photography which has made Malibu an easy place to call home. He can often be found walking on the beach with his wife and their Great Dane, Harvey.
I am looking forward to connecting with and expanding my network of homeowner’s or homebuyer’s to their next perfect home.
Experience
Jim fell in love with real estate when he purchased his first condo back in 2010. He began to understand the value and importance of looking at real estate as an invaluable asset. It has since grown to rental properties to include vacation and long term rentals.
I have overseen estate caretaking for a decade. I didn’t have to, it was something I became passionate about unintentionally. ( )I have been blessed to overseen some of the most impressive properties in Southern California.
In addition to founding JM Properties, I am a licensed real estate agent with the Damon Skelton Group at Compass Malibu. I am happy to be apart of the top 1% in Malibu and over $1B sold.
